I think the white pizza with spinach and garlic is the only white pizze I've ever had that I would eat again. I like regular pizza and not the foo foo stuff. A spinach pizza sounds kind of good. I might try to grill one and see if I can pull it off.

Nah, good white pizza is quite tasty for the same reason a good red pizza is. The crust is the defining part and a good one only needs minimalist toppings.
