Well I am not a Disco hater and I am happy for Contador... I like "new kids on the block" as long as they pretend to be clean do what they can to keep up appearances and don't become total a...holes like a certain Mr Armstrong...saluki said:Huuurrrrah Levi. Huuurrah Alberto. Superb performances. And the best part is watching the Disco haters whine, cry, ***** and moan. I love your suffering. You set yourself up for it. You asked for it. You deserve it. Hey, WBT, where is that "Discovery in Disarray" tread?
"Waahhh, waahh, doping, waahhh, waahhh, doping, waahhh, waahhh, doping!"
ROFLMAO.

I just hope that you don't believe that Leipheimer's/Contador's ride was any "better" (cleaner) than Vino's the other day...
This info will be passed to Prudie. I'm sure he will jerk Contador out of the race tomorrow.GMCtrk said:I refuse to accept Contador as the winner of the race. In my eyes, he is just as guilty/not guilty as Rasmussen.
Rasmussen was the best man this year.
Will Nike permit that action?wolfix said:This info will be passed to Prudie. I'm sure he will jerk Contador out of the race tomorrow.

Have to say that Evans looked like a man who rode a hard stage : sweat pouring out of him.
Which is the way it should be - if you're riding hard in an ITT.
Leipheimers preformance?
It is astonishing that he finished nearly 2 minutes ahead of the field.
Astonishing.
I have the exact same feeling after watching this stage, as I did after witnessing Landis "miracle ride" last year.
I like Leipheimer.
I just didn't know he could time trial as well as that.
Have no worries, Phil Liggett has already proclaimed the top 3 to be cleanlimerickman said:Just re-watched todays stage.

Guess what? He can't. No clean rider can go 53+ kph for 62 minutes.limerickman said:Just re-watched todays stage.

Today the commentators were congratulating him on his speed saying that Lemond did the same distance about 1km/hour faster. Is this true? He did it almost two decades ago and drugs were not as ubquitous, or at least not as strong, plus I am somewhat inclined to believe him about doping because he has, for no apparently personal gain, viciously attacked others for doping, so I think there really is a good chance he never did it.Doctor.House said:Guess what? Vino gas bus II?
Check the speed averages. They are drug spiked

Lemond's TT effort was very short.Skoorb said:Today the commentators were congratulating him on his speed saying that Lemond did the same distance about 1km/hour faster. Is this true? Serafino said:Yes, Lemond's record is at 54 kmh + for the ITT. Clean! Of course, it was on a steel bike IIRC with those supernatural Scott aero bars. Twenty years of innovation in carbon, bike design, aero testing, and EPO/Blood doping, and they haven't managed to catch up to clean St. Greg!
Care to comment Dr. House?
Apparently you have yet to read Le Monde this afternoon.RedFury said:Great stage, great finish and classy podium. All three riders gave it their best and them some.
Chapeau to Alberto! May you win many more!
Hats off to Evans! May you win one.
You simply rocked, Levi! You deserve one as well.
Great Podium in Paris tomorrow. Hopefully this Tour signals a new start for a new generation of riders and a new type of cleaner racing.
Viva Le Tour! Viva Contador! and of course...Viva España!
Hell of a race.
