Rumour has it that the blood belonged to Perez.
That could be an urban myth though.

Nope ! We heard about it here in the country first so technically it's a Rural Myth.limerickman said:Rumour has it that the blood belonged to Perez.

Tommy D is moving from cycling and coffee-making into perfume making. His new range of Tommy scents will be in direct competition to Tommy Hilifiger's. Ironically, it has just been announced that Tommy Hilifiger has stated his bold intention to win the Tour de France. Many pundits had pointed out that Tommy H was too old to win the Tour but he responded by saying that, as 2007 will be his first year of riding a bike, he is theoretically still a young cyclist. On another interesting (and equally false) note, Tommy D's new scents are based on the "sweet smell of dissatisfaction". According to the press release, Tommy D wanted to capture the aroma that filled his head when he realised that his greatest cycling hero, and former teammate, was a cheat, and that if he wanted to win the Tour (indeed any tour, even Denmark) he'd have to follow in the big man's shady footsteps.whiteboytrash said:"We have a very strong team for the Tour, and obviously that's going to be the first goal of the season, and we'll have a chance to win it," said Janez Brajkovic to The Daily Texan. But Discovery will also contend the Vuelta a España. "My first goal is the Vuelta again," said Brajkovic, who wore leader's yellow jersey for two days in the 2006 Vuelta.

- If Basso is gunning for the Giro and Tour double and now Brajkovic is shotting for the Vuelta, where does that leave Tommy D ?
Save Tommy !

MJ from memory the Gewiss race in Liege was 1-2-3 but that also pumped the peleton by over 8 minutes….. after that race everyone wanted to know Ferrari….. 3 riders time trailed away from 200…… EPO works.
