Tommy D is moving from cycling and coffee-making into perfume making. His new range of Tommy scents will be in direct competition to Tommy Hilifiger's. Ironically, it has just been announced that Tommy Hilifiger has stated his bold intention to win the Tour de France. Many pundits had pointed out that Tommy H was too old to win the Tour but he responded by saying that, as 2007 will be his first year of riding a bike, he is theoretically still a young cyclist. On another interesting (and equally false) note, Tommy D's new scents are based on the "sweet smell of dissatisfaction". According to the press release, Tommy D wanted to capture the aroma that filled his head when he realised that his greatest cycling hero, and former teammate, was a cheat, and that if he wanted to win the Tour (indeed any tour, even Denmark) he'd have to follow in the big man's shady footsteps.

MJ from memory the Gewiss race in Liege was 1-2-3 but that also pumped the peleton by over 8 minutes….. after that race everyone wanted to know Ferrari….. 3 riders time trailed away from 200…… EPO works.
