Not everyone can absorb food if they continue exercising.
Some feel tired/nauseous/sick and can't eat.
Some throw up...
The trick is to know what you can eat when it's cold and dark, you've
been on the road over 24 hours without sleep, it's starting to rain and
you can see ships on the horizon... in the Midlands...
