I agree. He irritates the hell out of me. And quite
frankly, I'm sick and tired of Iron Chef and Emeril
dominating the airtime on the channel. I've already sent my
[censored] email to them.

Did you see the squid ink ice cream last week? I forget
which episode it was on. It was a charcoal color. I'm not so
sure about it either.

Ahh, I find the same things irritating! Mario used to bother
me but I've realized he's more of a real chef that Emeril is
any day. Sarah Molton is another one, how the hell did she
become an executive chef or otherwise of any magazine?
Not a bad show, much better than that disasterous affair
with Shatner.
I could do without the weirdo Alton Brown. He's basically an
actor. He said he was doing the job of Hattori. Yeah, right.
Hattori knows what the hell he's talking about. I was
embarassed for Alton when he said Sakai was going to use
rings for a custard. The ring molds had no bottom so how was
he supposed to put a liquid in them?
I honestly don't think there is one Food Network chef that
is on the level of the Iron Chefs. I have so much respect
for Sakai, Michiba, Morimoto, and Chen. Those guys are
studs. Last night's show seemed fishy (hehe). They had Flay
winning everything, including presentation. I thought
Sakai's presentations were much better so I was surprised to
see them give it to Flay. Can't say anything about the
taste, though.

Iron Chef is on 1 or 2 nights a week, hardly what I'd call
dominating the channel.

Usually I can't stand shows he is in, but he didn't do much
actual talking this time, so he didn't bother me at all
this time.
However, the Chairman was sooo boring. I think they should
consider Michael Jackson for Chairman if they decide to turn
this into a series.

It has been on every night this week. Some type of Marathon
and yes, it is dominating the time slots I usually watch.
When it is not on, Emeril is on.
