is always far better to include too much of what you are
referring to rather than too little.
Hopefully some day you will learn to use a decent
newsreader and learn how to efficiently and properly edit
a post. You seem to be the only one who complains about
the way people write. Did you ever bother to think that
maybe it's you? Does everyone have to s p e l l everything
out for you in d e t a i l ? Open the box! Expand your
horizons!
I am only going by what I see in front to me. And what do I
see? Mostly gibberish by what appears to be an illiterate
("bil"😉. I can separate the typos from the misspellings and
I do not ordinarily mention either unless the writer has
otherwise irritated me. When I look over my own posts, I see
nothing but perfection except for the occasional typo. Most
here do not know how to edit. Since they do not know how to
do it properly, they should not do it at all. They should
include the complete previous post that they are responding
to and be done with it.
If someone is giving instruction about how to do something,
then it should be spelled out in infinite detail. It should
be done in such as way that even idiots like you and me can
follow the instructions. If it is not, then it is the fault
of the instructor. I wonder what kind of an instructor you
are if you aren't following this elementary admonition.
By the way, if you are teaching in the elementary grades,
then you do not have students, you have pupils who need to
be instructed. Studentship only kicks in for most young
people if and when they go off to college and become
responsible for their own learning.

imagine. My insights into how all of this newsgroup [censored]
works is boundless compared to most others.
You can't even function on Goggle!!! Of course, in your
denial you will tell us that it's your computer. Sorry, I
use Goggle enough in my job to know that it's the person
running the computer that's the problem. Again, from a
previous post, in our Elementary Lab we have a poster that
says, "The Trouble With Computers Is They Do Exactly What
You Tell Them To Do!" My elementary students are
apparently more educated than you. Didn't you learn
anything when you were the prison librarian?

My Google wasn't posting properly. I kept getting the
message "Internal Server Error". Do you have any idea what
that was all about? I thought not. The truth is that hardly
anyone understands these computers except for the few
geniuses who developed them. That is always the way it is
with high technology. All the rest of us ever want to know
is how do you turn it on an how do you turn it off.
When I talk about "newsgroup [censored]" I am talking about the
content of the posts (what is being said) and not the
techniques of how it gets to the reader. Frankly, the
technical aspects of any of this stuff does not interest me
in the slightest. I just want it to work and not have to
think about how it works. That is for lesser minds than
mine. I will take the high road and you can take the low
road. Just because computer nerds are necessary doesn't mean
we have to like them. Kind of like plumbers and electricians
that way. And civil engineers too come to think of it.
I do all my posting via Google and as long as it works I do
not see why anyone would want a newsreader. But maybe I am
missing something here. If my Google keeps screwing with me,
I will have to resort to a newsreader. So far, OE and Forte
Agent appear to be good. The main thing I like about them is
that they are free. Why would any home user pay for a
newsreader? Maybe you could answer that question since you
have all the clues and I don't.
