Breakfast has been a real challenge for me. For years, for as long as I can remember, breakfast
meant poptarts. Sometimes on weekends, breakfast was brownies. And a big (16 oz) glass of milk, and
coffee. OK, I didn't start coffee until age 16, but poptarts have been a part of my routine probably
since they were first marketed.
Now, with 1 poptart = 4 pts, and 2 = 8.5, I can't bear to use my points that way. I've been having
frozen waffles, lite syrup, 8 oz milk and coffee (6 pts). Recently, I've become exceedingly bored of
that, and I've been eating one english muffin, with cream cheese on one half, and apple butter on
the other, milk and coffee (also 6 pts).
Since the weather has turned colder, I've also been having a bowl of cream of wheat or oatmeal.
Those are lower points breakfasts, but leave me satisfied until lunchtime.
But I long for the yummy goodness of poptarts! One does not satisfy me, and I spend the rest of the
morning hungry. I don't want to eat 2, for fear it will lead down a dark path... ;-)

breakfast. I've heard it's best to eat Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a queen, and Dinner like
a prince, but I don't have very many options for breakfast. I like breakfast foods, but they all
seem fatty, pancakes with syrup, eggs with sausage, or else
bland,
