without all the vitamins and minerals in it.. just basically the
protein? Or at least minimal other stuff?
Uh...huh? "Just" protein? As in blender, water, and protein powder?
Yes. Basically something with minimal ingredients. No magnesium, iron,
calcium, vitamins, etc. Just the protein. If a few other things are
added thats fine, but not tons of vitamins and minerals. Usually a
protein shake is made with water and a blender, so I don't know what
you're confused about.

feel the vitamins and minerals in these shakes are overkill and
unnecessary.
You may "personally feel" anything you like, but, you would be wrong.
Like I said, I eat well. Vegetables, nuts, seeds, nutrient dense food.
I don't want extra vitamins and minerals. I take a
multi-vitamin/mineral on days I don't eat well. That's what I do. Don't
worry about it, it works for me. Extra vitamin and minerals are
eliminated. FACT.

No, not really.
Yes. Really.

take a multi-vit/min when I think I need it, about once a week.
Uh huh. I should have read ahead. Wasted my time.
Good.

Thanks for the help.
The help you need, I don't have the time or desire to provide.
So, if there is anyone on the group who happens to not be an [censored]

Thanks.
