    Dolly the Hippo

Why do that to poor hippos? What'd they ever do you?

Whale works for me but it isn't as expressive as cow.

    Reggie Perrin used to imagine his mother-in-law as a lumbering hippo;
    how about Dally the Hippo?

Works for me. As long as Dolly is happy with that.

It is clear from her recent posts that Dolly is reconciled to her
appointment as Group Idiot since Lee Michaels abdicated.

She has signalled that all references to her past input and to her web
site is now like so much water off a hippo's back, so I think we can
continue having sport with Dolly the Hippo, with her obviously
enjoying it as much as we are.

I was actually hoping she would post her photo again (in her underpants) - I
was looking for an appetite depressant.

Actually there is a photo of Dolly somewhere on the internet but that was
*before* she became an athlete. Her backside was so large it had it's own
gravity field. You could land a small aircraft on it..

I've just got back from the gym all fit and refreshed and here you go
dangling Dolly the Hippo's [censored] in front of me again....
    eeeeeewwwwwww..

Will you stop it - please?

Actually I'm left wondering who the dearly departed guy was who took
    the pic...

As much as I do not like Dolly the Hippo, and despite the fact that I
have on file the .jpegs she posted in varying states of undressed
grossness, I would not dream of publishing them without her approval.

However, if she involves me again in her continuing silliness I may
    have to reconsider that decision.

Do yo know the children's song Nelly the Elephant?

Nelly the elephant packed her trunk
And ran away to the circus,
Off she went with a trumpety trump
    Trump trump trump.

Who does that remind you of?
