It's really not that hard, honest. I mean the files (once you unzip them) are in plain text and everything - don't even need the magic decoder ring that comes in your cornflakes.

Wouldn't make you a very good map! My village isn't listed and it puts my Mother's village well under water in the middle of the Menai Straits! (Yes and I DID reset my Vista to WGS84 befor entering the coordinates),
