So what's the policy on this... it's not is it's a huge a amount of
money, but seeing as it's currently vaporware...

Being a subscriber I'm officially asking if it is possible to cancel
the subscription for a refund.

I gotta think, "What is Mike Penton thinking about?" He's offered to
put out a good product as evidenced by the first three issues and I
think a lot of us were grateful and enjoyed the issues. That probably
felt good for him, but now with the delays and the frustration that's
evidenced by people waiting, as is understandably so, one wonder's how
that is effecting his self esteem and enthusiasm for creating new
issues.

I wonder if he even wants to do another issue after issue 4.

Cheers.

I post with more apologies and good news.

Issue 4 should have left the mailing house by the 16th of April; and
(postal services willing) be on every subscriber's doormats by the
30th.
After a lot of stress and problems we were left with no choice but to
switch printers which meant a huge amount of extra work and additional
delays - it would've been out a month ago without these problems!

I'm delighted that this issue is finally getting out, it has been more
of a headache for me that any of you could imagine!

It is good to hear from you Mike.

The more we are kept up to date, the happier we seem to be.

Hopefully the change of printer will sort out future issues, so we can
enjoy the magazine like we have with the first issues. It really is a
good read.

Thanks.

Innes

I don't remember the Universe vids having product reviews, hints &
tips, cool trip write ups, special offers, Kris Holm interviews,
training advice or being portable enough to read on the train. But
apart from that... :D

Hi Mike,

I'm sure you have concidered this already, but what about the option of
offering the magazine as a PDF file, or some other electronic format as
an alternative. I know it wouldn't suit everyone, so a paper based
magazine would still be great. But it would be a much quicker and
cheaper way to get the magazine out there.

Thanks Mike! I have some really great professional pictures I'm going to
submit for your next issue as well as an article. This should help you
out with more info and awesome pictures to include in your awesome
magazine. Can't wait to get issue 4! Thanks for your patience and hard
work. I can only imagine how much time and effort you put into it, and
you probably don't make much if any.

I T ' S H E R E !

Michael kept his promise it seems. Unfortunately it will have to stay
on this subscriber's doormat as he has to leave for work any second
now.

What will happen to me, since I'm subscripted and don't have a
doormat?
I hope the postman will put it in my letterbox

He, he. that was funny. The postman had come about two minutes ago and
I hadn't rushed out to get my post because I wasn't expecting anything
exciting. So as I read this post my mag was actually on my hall floor
waiting for me. :D
