I like beef noodle soup, chicken noodle soup, ham and bean soup and
any kind of cheese soup. Basically I like soup.Do you have any cheese soup recipes that you're willing to share? I
love beer cheese soup and broccoli cheese soup.Quoted message said:Steven loves plain old fashioned beef stew with crusty bread to dunk
with. Chicken and dumplings if a fave around here too. Gawd, I
like it all. We're combining the two. Beef stew with dumplings. That will
probably be better than the original pot roast, which is delicious!Carol
Let me dig through Mastercook. I think I have 3 different recipes I like.
One is a jalapeno and jack cheese recipe which I really, really like. I'll
either post 'em or send 'em to you email. Whichever you prefer 😉 It's
cold here be we don't have your snow. I found some Old London
Mediterranean toast today. It's like a melba round. They are really tasty,
seasoned with olive oil, garlic, onion, parmesan, parsley and green bell
pepper. I whipped up a quick recipe on the back of the box and it's really
good.
Ob Food from the Old London box:
Feta Tomato Topper
1 Cup crumbled feta cheese
3 Plum tomatoes diced, about a cup
1/4 Cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 Teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
1/4 Teaspoon dried oregano
Old London Mediterranean Toasts
In a small bowl combine cheese, tomatoes, red onion, pepper and oregano.
Spoon about a Tbsp. on each toast. Makes 2 3/4 cups. It is really good.
