Quote of the day (from non-riders)

Yesterday I was Qu-akering back home afterjob on the cyclepath* and a
young man was riding the other way on his bike, both hands in his
pockets...
couldn't help putting my hands in my pockets and say "ah, still need
you're training wheel" I got a big smile for that:cool:... easy joke
but still good to make someone smile;)

Not at all. I let everyone have a go.
Quite often I'm pleasantly surprised by people who claim to ride and
can.
The rest seem to fall into three groups.
-Those who turn down your offer and decide not to 'haz-a-go'.
-Those who actually do want to have a go but couldn't just ask, they
needed a bit of posing to help them.
-Those who are so stupid/drunk that they have a go anyway.

It's a thinning of the heard kinda thing.

Here's one I don't think many unicyclists have heard:

"Hey it's Fonzie on a unicycle! Hey FONZIE! WHOOOO!"

I think she meant Henry Winkler. While I may resemble Henry Winkler, I
wouldn't dare to say I even remotely resemble the coolness of "The
Fonz." That would be borderline sacrilegious.
