Ta :-) Another 1lb off this week. Did the ride to WW & back on Luigi
tonight. It was lovely - light night, dry, so got the road bike out. Much
    faster than on Gino!

If you cycle to WW then surely you should go 7 nights per week? The
    additional journeys will help :-)

But what, what, has happened to the trice?

It was stolen by a youth. Or permanently borrowed, anyway. Do keep up at
    the back.

    Bl**dy yobs.

In spite of being young, fittish and almost immune to weight gain I've not
been able to shift my proto-beerbelly, so your progress really impresses me
(in a putting to shame stylee). I've nicked your idea of a food diary to
    see what's happening there.

For a kickstart I can advice ski touring...
Both this year and last year I lost silly amounts of weight -
conditions make it hard for me to eat enough so I found I was probably
getting less calories than on average at home, combined with 6-8 hours of
bloody hard work on the days we were skiing.

This does however trigger the "lets eat everything in sight" response so I
usually am back where I started some weeks later...
