Hi Sunshyne,I'm glad you are doing this. I am a graphic designer, so I am
always makingstuff. When a project is going well, it is very fulfilling.I
recently started going to figure drawing sessions, you pay for each
sessionand it is without an instructor. I invited my 86 year old artist
neighbor togo with. She has been sick with cancer and it all looked very
grim for her,but she is doing well (they even took away her hospice nurse).
I thought thefigure drawing would be a nice thing for her. She just loves it
and makes sureshe goes even when I'm not able to. I think that creating is
theraputic, buteven more important, it is stimulating, it is exercise, it is
good for yourhead.I hope you enjoy your classes.
xray, thank you. That is beautiful with your 86 yr. old neighbor too. It is
very healing.
I used to also be a preschool teacher. Loved the arts and crafts parts the
most. I had to drop that career, due to my health.
I worked jobs for many years, I did not like. Nothing like going to work, and
doing what you love!
Thanks for the kind words. That made my day. 🙂
