Hermaphrodite.

Good God, Frank. You know, the last time you raised this whole thing about a year ago you were so soundly discredited for talking in circles and being completely irrational. Why should we pay any attention to you at all?

I don't know what you mean by "soundly discredited". All one need do to discredit me when I say there is "no study that shows . . ." is provide one. Then, at least, the statement is discredited. As long as no such study exists, however, I suspect that neither I, for asking the question or making the statement, nor the statement itself should be discredited - at least in the minds of the thinking. Even Dr. Coggan, who wrote a book on power meters, has admitted that no such study exists. Therefore, the only evidence that supports integrating power meters into the training for a superior result seems to be anecdotal. Accept it for what it is.

I fully realize my history with you too. No need to dredge the past on it...
Ad hominem arguments are silly on their merits, or lack thereof...
