  1. I'm having some friends over for breakfast and one person doesn't eat eggs. I'll still have eggs for
the other people along with bagels, cream cheese, cereal, brie, pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon, toast,
    fruit & coffee.

    What else can I make?

    Thanks a bunch, SPOONS

    Muffins.

Vegetable pancakes as zucchini pancakes or carrot pancakes.

Can your non-egg eater eat eggs when they're in pancakes? If not, there's a way you can substitue
tofu which has met with good reviews from people who don't like tofu. I can supply details if you're
    interested.

Your menu sounds more than adequate. You could have signed off "thanks a brunch."

Looks like plenty to me. I don't eat eggs much, but am sure I'd have a satisfying meal at your
breakfast. Let's see, I'll have the last 5 items. Or perhaps just some brie, fruit & coffee. Or if
you had lox to go with the bagel & cream cheese... :-)

Nothing! What time do you want me there?

  7. I don't eat eggs either, but give me a plate of bacon, hash browns, and bagels & cream cheese and
I'm full for the entire day!

Of course, left-over cold pizza is always good for breakfast too! <g>

What else do you need? I think your menu is fine as it is, although you might want to serve some
orange juice, tea, and coffee. There is plenty on your menu for the people who don't eat eggs.
