====================
I'm hoping SOMEONE makes some suggestions regarding the
questions I've asked: My friend's diabetes and my own
hypothyroidism.As for an alt regarding my arthritis, I've tried
Glucosamine 500mgs and Chondroitin 400mgs but so far I
can't see where they've helped any after 8 or 9 months. I
don't take any other painkillers because it's really quite
mild.
My BIL had bad knees, always painful, which resulted in his
retirement as a Captain from the NYPD. He went on
Glucosamine/Chondroitin and, after *2* years, began to see a
significant difference in how his knees felt. He left the NY
area at the same time, lives in FL, and is head of security
at a hospital. He credits both a change in lifestyle and the
use of G/C to his improvement.
He is also 59.
