Who is paying them (either side) and where is the proof
anyone is being paid? What are you basing this accusation
on? Even the technicians on the MS Newsgroups are not paid.
The accusation that one's adversary is a paid agent is a long-
standing one here on m.h.a. In general, it's the more loonie
pro-alts who accuse the skeptics of being paid shills for
the Evil Pharmaceutical Cartel (or the AMA, or the
Rotarians, or you pick your favorite). It's actually gotten
to be a fairly popular joke among the skeptics.
It's at least as likely that someone like Scudamore, or Jan
Drew, could be accused of being a paid agent, hired to make
the alt crowd look bad. (You'll have to admit that if they
*were* being paid, they'd be earning it.)
