Armstrong Tour Blood Values Suspicious?

This has been known for years and was confirmed publicly by Armstrong.

Actually Armstrong's statements about the money were misleading. When information leaked out that he had been paying money to the UCI, he tried to make it seem like the payment was recent and for "anti-doping." In fact the payment was made in 1999, after the UCI accepted his backdated TUE during the 1999 TdF.

In his deposition for the SCA arbitration he was evasive about what he had given the UCI. He claimed he could not remember how many times he had paid the UCI and how much he had paid them. That implies that he made more than one payment.

The ol' cortico-steroids rears it's head again. Remind me again what levels Lance's "failed" test showed and what the acceptable limits were...

seems you should be reminded that athletes take agents to mask and to flush banned substances from their bodies.

so i guess since DiLuca's testosterone tests in 2007 were under the max level, then they are all good for you as well... forget about the fact that they were SO low to literally be the equivalent of a pre-pubescent GIRL.

the point remains that Armstrong flunked a test corticosteroids and then produced a doctors note post test with a dubious explanation for why the substance was in his body. so whether he was using it illicitly and insufficiently masked or flushed or was using it stupidly for legit reason who knows.. it was in his body and it wasn't supposed to be...he has indeed failed a dope test, end of story.

Remind me again how a clean rider can beat doping rivals 7 years in a row.
