  1. Yes, fatboy, pushups are terrible in your fantasy world. And eating less is
even worse. That about sums up the limit of your experience.

Why do you say that? Is it some reflex? Because I don't think pushups
are a good choice for the reduction/enhancement that she's looking for?
Because my readings, studies and experience suggest something other
    than the Der Komisar way?

Why do I feel compelled to answer? I don't know, but I think I'll stop
with this one. Your suggestion of pushaways was so useful as to be
borderline developmentally challenged for a 14 year old. I'm done. Soon
as I finish my move, you're kill filed. (and I don't even kill file

tricep kickbacks with a nine lb weight will target the tricep pretty
quick, but usually arm flab isnt made of a loose muscle just hanging
there. It's that last deposit of fat and stretched out skin. You can
tighten and tone or increase the mass of the tricep, but only
liposuction and the removal of the excess skin can remove ALL the droop.

Im planning on using mine as wings. I think I could glide a mile or
    more.
They might serve as handy weapons, too. I could probably flap a mugger
    to death.

Do you know me? I don't think so. Do you even recall anything you've
read. Here is my workout routine, and the thread I posted it in,
including where you responded to it. I note pushups (3 sets of 10). I
like pushups, I merely said I don't think they are the best way to work
triceps. Prove me wrong on that and cite something other than the Book
of Der Komisar or shut it.

Here is something else that you responded to, where I suggested that
diet (aka eating less or working the LC) was part of the solution. In
fact, it's in this very thread.

Not only are you unhelpful (I have yet to see a useful suggestion out
of you in the three weeks I've been back), but you are just plain
moronic (see references above, because only a moron would suggest what
you have suggested when there is plain evidence to the contrary that
    you have responded to).

So before you suggest that I am at all divorced from reality, get a
    grip on it yourself.

I don't buy the "leave it to the pros" argument in just about any

Good. Actually, I'm not anti-isolation movements, myself. Frankly, I most
always end my workouts on arms. But if I'm pushed for time for some reason,
that's the first to go. But two or three chest and back movements each will
hit your arms quite well. I can't even go heavy on arms after having done
    the other work...

I believe the following. I'm going to bullet point it so that a moron
like you can follow. I will try to use small words, monosyllabic if
possible, so you can keep up.
1- If you work the plan (LC) you will lose the weight, including the
fat in the arm that is the ROOT CAUSE of the flab.
2- If you lose that fat, your arm will be floppy and saggy, much like
    your mind.
3- If you want to have something to fill that loose sac of flab (how I
think of your brain case), you need to work it.
4- Whether you work it in a compound movement (push ups or dips) or
something more targetted (french press, skull crusher, dumbbell raises,
et al) is a matter of mileage variation, but I think, all things being
equal, if I wanted to build my tricep muscles, I would do something
that specifically targetted those muscles. For you, I would recommend
repeating grades K-6. I doubt you progressed further, since all you do
is name call, you skinny twit.
