Now i want to introduce my cooking method.

    Ingredients:

    Pineapple
    Cucumber
    Onions
    Chilies
    Salt
    Sugar

First, cut into slice the pineapple, cucumber, onions, chilies. Than
put this in the bowl and a mix a little bit of salt and sugar, after
that stir together around 5 minute.

    It ready to serve.

But that is how some people (like me) make dishes. I seldom do things in
recipe type formats with precise measurements and instructions. Most
dishes can be constructed to taste and you pretty much know what
    proportions/methods/flavors make sense.

    C'mon George,

Are you saying you could follow that "recipe" without measurements?

My best bud wings it when it comes to recipes and does a great job of it.
Myself, nope. I need measurements. 38-30-34 or some such.

    Ditto here.
Andy's never criticized me for posting recipes (especially the
herbs/spices) with no measuring. I think he woke up on the wrong side of
    the COTD or something. ;-p

    Plans for Labor day:

One monster bone in pork roast with
    Garlic
    lemon pepper
    thyme
    rosemary
    mexican oregano

    Sides:
    Corn on the cob
A mix of steamed broccoli and whole mushrooms

Make it according to your personal taste...
