Quite a few bits of that had me wincing and saying 'Jeez!', but very
enjoyable.

It's considered good form here to snip sigs.
Quoted message said:In what way "enjoyable"?
Eh? As in, well, enjoyable. Try Google.
Quoted message said:Why do you think cyclists get labelled "red-
light-jumping, Lycra-wearing [censored]"? Answer: red-light-jumping, Lycra-
wearing [censored] like those in the video.
I know why /some/ do.
You seem to have issues. You also seem to be under the impression that
I might be a red-light jumping Lycra-wearing-[censored] too. Err, well, come
to think of it, I do have a pair of Lycra cycle shorts somewhere. But
I don't habitually jump red lights. Even on a bicycle, of which I have
two. Ok, fair cop, two out of three ain't bad.

just someone who rides a bike", primary-position-at-all-costs-never-
mind-common-courtesy types, of whom there seem to be rather a number
on this NG...
Actually, I was just thinking this very thing this morning. But only
because one chap on a bicycle mildly inconvenienced me personally. I'm
sure the marks will polish out. Sometimes though, I think that they do
have a point. Road courtesy cuts both ways.
This sort of thing is not normally a problem because on most days I'd
be on one of those nasty dangerous anti-social motor-bicycle type
things but today I had to go to an offsite meeting, so I though I'd
not bother with all the bike gear and take the evil diesel-burning
baby-murdering one-and-three-quarter-tonne four-wheel-drive
planet-killer instead.
