Afternoon all - I wonder if I may pick the combined brains of all you knowledgeable bods out there.
I am the owner of an old style splined(4 face) Shimano Dura Ace Sealed bottom bracket cartridge. Chainset is about 6 years old (possibly older). The Shimano reference on the unit is BB-7410. I understand that this unit is no longer available.
It has a very short axle - I suspect either 102 or 103mm wide onto an English thread.
I have been previously pointed in the direction of Wiggle (http://makeashorterlink.com/?T2EF129AC) who stock FSA sealed cartridges but I am not able to identify exactly which unit I require and Wiggle, despite a number of emails are ignoring me - not very encouraging! There does not appear to be a telephone number listed on their site.
I wonder if anyone can assist me or point me in the direction of a more customer friendly retailer.

Wiggle are never good on technical enquiries. DotBike sells the same product, though I'm not sure what they're technical knowledge is like (probably better than Wiggle's). www.dotbike.com/Products/ProductsS1C19P927.aspx
