Hello All, I have just joined the group today. I knew I needed help but did not know where to turn to. Im 23 years old and very obeist. I have tried countless diets and numerous decisions to change my life however I'm always found back here at square one, unhappy and overweight... I have decided to try again now, no more holidays on the way... I was just wondering how people have been able to stop the addictions to such marvelous yet horrible things such as chocolate and fast food. This is the first ever group that I join but I am excited for feedback and new friendships perhaps. Thank you all in advance for your tips and support. Just eat whatever you want and let your body find its own weight. Dieting is harmful to your health.

The revised list would cost roughly $ 30 Australian ( or around 17 Euro )
at the place I generally shop ( the local woolworths ).
* that is about 23.15 US dollars if you are an old fashioned fan of Bush.

The real Catharine Honeyman was a wonderful person who died of cancer
in April 2004 after a courageous struggle I was proud to know her, if
only through cyberspace. Only a total slime would co-opt the identity

Googled her name and there appear to be several.

Well I have tried that approach and I'm now finding myself to be almost
350lbs. I wish I knew what triggered my eating and obsession of it.
