Hmm.
It's a thread setup for all those people who used to contribute elsewhere from Europe, but now that their own forum has been closed down - myself and Fred C are sheparding them to this thread.
(long story).

Lots of interesting views - Fixit.
If they migrate - they'll counter balance the transatlantic aspect of this entire forum.
It will lead to an improvement - believe me.

Been very crook with a virus................... its in its 7th week............ I know I needed to lose some weight but its been a bit of a drastic way to lose 2 dress sizes.

Fred C has been keeping me cheerful with his little anecdotes.

How R U & Yours................... still getting the daily miles in.

Am also doing more writing. ................. and going back to college again

Had a wonderful idea whilst watching the white porcelain being sick.......... write about cyclings infamous club runs on Sunday Mornings .......... I've had a few contributions ........... because if someone doesn't chronicle things about our wonderful sport we're going to lose the folklore.

You'll find that there are no restrictions here to the length of ones message.
The other site was a disaster - truncated messages, no identities etc.
As long as it's within the bands of decency, people are free to post here.
You'll find plenty of your fellow country men here.

Things are going well - I purchased the Casati and haven't ridden as much as I like - between the weather here and life in general, it's a bit of a chore, to be honest. I have a winter training plan that I am going to start next week. Maybe I will keep everyone up on that little venture.

As for the ES board, I grew weary of not seeing messages posted for days and just the bunk that ran rampant in general. A forum like this is good in the sense that we are absolutely sure that we are who we are (if we check the spelling!).

It's good to see the crew here. I think David Byrne once said it (loosely)- This is the place...
