Thanks Roger.......I'm feeling better today (day 8). I just didn't think
that carb withdrawal would mean feeling tired! On day 2, I couldn't keep my
eyes open! I must have slept all day just about off and on! LOL!
Thanks for your comments!

Yes. It depends on the person as to how long it takes for the "carb
withdrawal effect" to wear off.

At your weight and with some activity, I doubt it. And since you've been
droping water weight, I'd say mostly everything is working fine. You might
even back off on the exercise a bit until you start to feel better. Also,
make sure you're eating the full 20 carbs per day you're allowed. Get those
from green leafy veggies, too.
I wouldn't worry too much about induction. It is not an absolute requirement
for successful LC weight loss. However, it is part of the Atkins program,
so if you're going to claim you're doing Aktins, then do induction AS IT IS
WRITTEN. Otherwise, just say you're rolling your own LC WOE based on bits
and pieces you've gathered up. If you read most of the main LC books, it
is not hard to do. Many here have done that to good success.
