1/2 lb shrimp 3-4 radishes
2/2 cup broccoli
3/2 each of yellow and red bell pepper 4 purple potatoes
4/2 cup snow peas
5/3 cup baby carrots 2 1/2 cups chicken stock Pie sheets:
you can find it at the frozen section. 1 egg yolk
sauce 2 shallots, minced
6/4 cup white wine 2 tsp curry powder 2 Tbs butter
7/3 cup heavy cream Salt
Boil shrimp, vegetables and radishes separately in chicken
broth until soft.
To make the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the
butter and stir the minced shallots until golden. Pour in
the wine and the heavy cream. Stir occasionally. adding
curry powder and and salt.
Position a rack in the center of an oven and preheat to
350F. Take out the puff/pie sheet from the box and place
them on a baking sheet. Brush egg yolk over the puff and
bake as instructed. Remove oven and cut out the top of the
puff. Place the cooked vegetables and shrimp on top. Pour
the sauce over and serve immediately.
