  1. I deal with stress the same way I don't eat either . I 'm lucky if I eat one
    meal if I'm stressed out. My trigger food is chocalate. Thats the first
    thing I grab when I need something to eat and am feeling down.....

  2. I guess I am lucky I don't have a trigger food like that, when I am stressed
    and don't eat I usually don't lose but I don't gain that much and the week
    after I eat right I have a nice loss so I guess I could have it worse, Lee,
