  1. Down 1.5 pounds this week.

    I'm surprised.

This has not been an eating week that I would call on plan
or ideal. I wasn't eating a lot of fruits and veggies which
help me stay fuller during the day. I was certainly eating
over point values. About all I was doing was journaling
everything that went into my mouth-excluding Friday night.

Thursday we went out for dinner and I retained water like it
was my job-I expected it. Friday and Saturday I was in
locations with 3 or more cats and I'm allergic to them so I
have to take Zyrtec or it's not a pretty site. Zyrtec + me =
severe water retention and thirst. I can't imagine that not
drinking enough water and Zyrtec would have me shed 1.5
pounds overnight, but who knows. I will be watching the
scale with interest as TOM approaches and I am confused. I'm
starting to wonder if it needs a new battery.

    Julie

  2. Take the loss and celebrate.

    Congrats

    =============

    Congratulations Julie!

I got my first five pound star for loss - it was at my
fourth weigh in last week. I used some flex points this
weekend though. I'll let you know what I do this coming
Tuesday (tomorrow) - I may even be down a couple more!

    YES! This is exciting.

    Faye :o)

  10. Congrats on the loss, whatever the cause.
