I noticed on DailyPeleton.com that the team list for the Tour of
California includes the 'United Pro Cycling Team' (aka Frankie's boys).
I haven't heard anything about the new team for some time. Have they
actually gotten a UCI Continental team together w/ sponsors and
everything???

The Team is listed on the UCI site as being a cotinental team at
