Pinarella FP Due stock stem length

stems go in increments of 10mm, so it would be 90mm - 100mm - 110mm etc how tall are you by the way ?

I'm 150cm tall with 74cm inseam.

FWIW. I would not worry about the stem which the Pinarello (or, any other bike) comes with ...

• the handlebar's bend AND how it is oriented (that is, how the horizontal the actual drop portion of the handlebar is) will affect the reach ... so, top tube length & stem length & saddle setback (without apparently differentiating the seatpost's cradle offset!) are interesting specs whose range should be taken as approximations AND the information provided should not be taken as definitive
  
• if you take the shortest of all the parameters & compare it with the longest of all the parameters, then by my reckoning you will have a possible difference of about 3cm +/-
  
• regardless, your fitness & flexibility & (evolving) riding style will affect the final dimensions indicated AND could change over time
  

In the long run, unless the frame is truly the wrong size (vs. a change in your aesthetic preferences), you will probably be much happier if you buy the Pinarello.

You're right. I've been using FSA K-Wings that have the flattened top so there's less latitude on rotating the bars. I ride with my hands on the tops while climbing and on the hoods the rest of the time. I guess I had this mindset when I asked the Stem length question.

ok your height vs frame size sounds correct, but please double check before you buy, if you are buying a new bike, a quality bike like Pinarello, i think it is your prerogative to ask for a specific measurement of the stem and even other accessories, in your case the 100mm you were thinking of,

I bought a 55cm FP DUE and sent it back last week. It is more of a comfort bike, and didn't fit like toher bikes of the same labeled size (it felt bigger). On the 55cm, it came with a 130 stem and 44 handlebars.
