Are you old enough to go to Fattie Masters Worlds?
They hand out lots of awards there, just like the
    Special Olympics. Everyone's a winner.

Also, yet again George refutes the "George will never win a race
on a Sunday" rbr maxim. That's panache.

I thought Casper won the race?

Yes, and no disrespect meant to him. But the guy who
takes the yellow jersey gets to stand on a podium and
wave a lion, and gets UCI points (or whatever they're
called now). It's a big deal, like winning a stage (as you know).

IIRC, the "George will never win a race on a Sunday"
maxim was said by somebody to claim that although
George might be able to pick off Ghent-Wevelgem, he
would never win the big race - like Paris-Roubaix or
Flanders. He hasn't won those, of course. But last year
he did win a bunch of races on Sundays. It was a little
    spooky.

Yeah, that was me. Real races are on weekends. MSR counts, it's on a
    Saturday.

What exactly did he do that was 'spooky?'

I defy you to produce a single image of Hinault looking 'dorky.' We
won't use my judgment, either - we'll put it to an rbr vote.

He is long overdue for someone to slap those
    right off his face.

    Bob Schwartz

    Why do you care?

I care because I'm a nattering nabob of negativism, a
slandering, pandering, philandering dumbass. And this
is where people like us hang out. Just ask Sierraman.

Laff is obsessed with LANCE and dope. I'm obsessed with
George's bizarre sense of style. We all have our demons.
At least mine is well documented. You *have* seen the
    gay shoes, right?

What about the hugging? I don't much care for the hugging. Unless its
the podium girls from day one of the Tour.

FM's don't get podium girls. No hugs either. Nobody hugs fatties masters in race
    kit.

Fattie masters don't get stuffed lions either. They get a frame pump, or a rim,
maybe purple and yellow bar tape.

In 2005, Georgie Porgie won these races (from www.trap-friis.dk):

    KUURNE-BRUXELLES-KUURNE (1.1) - 190 km - 27 February - Sunday
THE PROLOGUE IN DAUPHINE LIBERE (PT) - 7.9 km - 5 June - Sunday
    STAGE 7 IN DAUPHINE LIBERE (PT) - 128 km - 12 June - Sunday
STAGE 15 IN TOUR DE FRANCE (PT) - 205.5 km - 17 July - Sunday
    GP OUEST FRANCE-PLOUAY (PT) - 226 km - 28 August - Sunday

    That's just freaky.

Oh, Fatty Masters Worlds. If only! My racing age is 33 this year. No
FMWs for at least 2 years.

Also, given that I'm a struggling Cat 4 (those of you who remember last
year when I was a dominant Cat 4, well, what a difference 20 pounds and
no training makes), I'll have to live long enough to get into one of
those fogey categories where all the ex-Cat 1s have died, thus letting
the surviving athletes onto the podium.

I'll wear my FMW jersey on my adult tricycle,

Well it fits the letter of the challenge it is an image and it is dorky,
bonus points if it's a photograph Hinault looks dorkier than Lemond in
those Oaklies a few posts back!

"Fattie Master World" sounds like a theme park.

It'd be great! There'd be a huge IMAX theater filled with Lemond
Revmasters where everyone gets to win a virtual tour. The world's
largest food court. Roller coasters where the seats are like road bikes
and the rails twist up and through the (plastic) Alps. The world's
largest food court. A "Pound [censored] Pound" game were you try to whack
[censored]'s head as it comes out of a random hole for fabulous prizes. The
    world's largest food court.

    Etc., etc., etc...

Compared to his teammate, he's Fabrizio Mazzoleni.

I like the jersey design, too,

Man, I've been trying for four days to be this funny (Millar Line,
etc.), and you just knocked this one out of the park.

If anything else this funny is posted during silly season (ends July
    23rd), I'll be shocked.

Hey, there's Greg bringing Oakley into cycling!

Ok, those were just your run of the mill acrylic lens,
but don't forget that it was all Greg who advanced
    the science of spherical shielding.

Without Greg's reinvention of single-lens optics Oakley
would never have brought to market their 'Polaric Ellipsoid'
    geometry Technology.

If you want to see justice look at a photo of Hinault at the
finish line of the '85TdF St. Etienne stage. His Ray Bans broke
    his nose after he crashed.
