  1. I've decided this is the best moniker for me.

Running is going well. today is a speed day so i'll layoff the ludes (ba
dump bump). Had Karate class last night. it was a pretty good workout.
Monday is a DNR for me so the Karate class is a good alternative although
i'm nowhere near as flexible as the sensei. he's a big, heavy guy but he can
do a split. pretty amazing. he's a fat guy that is very fit in a lot of
ways. i'm sure he isnt much of a runner but he is one of the most flexible
people i've ever seen, very strong and very graceful.

Like you could even if you wanted too.

So you were up late mopping the floor after the classes ended? Good,
    you finally got a job.

Next try "wax on, wax off" preferably in my driveway on my car.

I'm all for DNR orders on the mentally impared.

Yes but his being in the hospital for a week afterward tells me a lot.

I assume that means in the way we think of it.

Sounds like he grabs his ankles a lot...to stretch.
