Thame - Princes Risboro

One of my favourite trips [of the very few I do] is Chesham to Oxford
and back, in terms of countryside, it's a great route. Last week I did
the Risboro/Thame section via the Phoenix trail...and wish I hadn't.
It was full of other cyclists/walkers...and that ain't a place I want
to be :-) I think there was something of an 'event' going on, judging
by the number of people with numbers pined to their jerseys - all of a
sudden I longed for 'cagers' and the open road. But in all
seriousness, It's a great little track for mum's and dad's with small
kids on bikes, but no cafes along the trail [I think it's an old
railroad track], so you'll have to get refreshments in either town -
of which specific locations I can't help you with I'm afraid.

Anyway, have a good trip.

I'm kind of rather fond of 'sidewalk' too actually, but definitely
prefer 'Guinness' to 'Bud'. No brainer :-)

Used to be able to drink Irish Guinness until they expanded the Dublin
Brewery and now it might as well come from Park Royal
