But over a 4km ttt, and the 6 km ttt, I would take Dean and Sutton, without seeing the power numbers and their aero profile.

DZ is great, but part is his profile, part is his power. He rides a mean prologue. But in a ttt, his wind block progile is not much cover for those on his wheel.

Backstedt would be one of the first riders to be chosen in any TTT team. Huge wind block. Huge power. Huge engine, had the numbers for the derney WR, but not on the day with a crappy derney rider.

God point with the pusuiters. TD is a good time trialist. The ToC is about three weeks away. He is likely to be in decent form or getting that way.

I said and have always said, TD is a timetriallest in a climbers body. would be better to put on another 3 to 5 kilos, and clone Zabriskie, albeit a little shorter.

I think Danielson is a timetrialest, not a climber. Hence, his climbing records, because of his threshold. He can hold it. Put him in a race situation, after 5 hours, does not have the threshold, does not meet the anaerobic demands of attacks.

But, we are talking TTT over 6 km. And I was positing hypothetical 4 km TTT. No, Tommy D would not be a great man in that situation. Small, sleight, and not huge gross power, because of his weight.

Could hold his own, but I would prefer Sutton, world jnr champ in the teams pursuit.

Good article though in that it casts cycling in a positive light. I know that some have suggested that Slipstream are full of [censored] about their program, but I really believe that Vaughters is sincere in all that he says. Now, if professional football (American style) will implement this system, we can get back to watching little guys throw around a ball.

European Football (world style) announced that it will to blood checking and OOC. They are still reflecting on a biological passport too.
