In 1992 I bought Shimano clipless cycling shoes for my racing road
bike and I am now getting circulation problems to my toes.
Do you think they are just worn out or could there be other issues.
Many people see changes in foot size as they age. Feet usually don't
get smaller but they sometimes get bigger - apparently something to do
with gravity and the passage of years, and they effectively flatten out
a little. Doesn't happen to everyone, though.
Also, although shoes do tend to stretch and not shrink, they don't wear
completely evenly, and that could explain your symptoms as well - some
padding somewhere is thinner than it was, so there is more pressure
somewhere else, etc.

has the best price-quality point ?
There is no substitute for going to your LBS when it comes to this one.
Many things I'd buy mail-order but my first new pair of cycling shoes in
over a decade would not be one of them - spend the money, get a decent
shoe that fits.
All just my opinion and conjecture, worth exactly what you paid for it.
If you're smart, you'll visit a doctor and your local bike shop - the
order is up to you.
