Probably not, but if Lance (or anyone else) lost 1 1/2 minutes to a
guy he normally would have beaten, perhaps he should have considered
it. How long is a stop? 20s tops? But my initial point is that if it's
against regulations, then it was too late from the starting gate.

Never underestimate the power of a Radler.

If it wasn't for the multitudinous ways in which it would be wrong and
stupid, I'd use a radler as my hydration beverage in the upcoming Spring
Series TT.

But that would be dumb, dangerous, disreputable, and generally the sort
of thing I don't do in team kit,
