    They never made me puke...

I never kept them down long enough to have them work. Hence my LSD
days (and I DO NOT mean Long Slow Distance either LOL)

You should have tried cactus. ;-)
Does not make you barf until _after_ it takes effect...

And does not make you as antsy as LSD.

I only tried LSD twice, many MANY years ago.
I hated the way it kept me wide awake for 14 hours.

And did not really do much else.
    Very dissapointing...

    'shrooms lit up the world.
    In more ways than one.

    I'm sorry you missed it!

Why? Id it going to run a marathon? LOL
If you can do an hour of cardio, your heart doesn't need anything
    else.

I've been having problems with an abnormally high resting heart rate.
It's one of the things that got me off my fat ass and back to the gym.
I was also seeing a slow but sure rise in blood pressure. That's already
back to my old normal of 110/60 but it got as high as 125/80 at one
    point. Too high for ME.

The RHR is getting better, slowly.

Fast paced walking will NOT get your heart rate up into the training
    zone.

Actually Omelet, walking will get your heart rate up - (you know walking
races are an Olympic event) - I would go 10degree incline on a treadmill

We were not talking about using a treadmill. ;-)
Now I just need a good long hill....

    Tanks anyhoo!

I am a dedicated weight lifter, but I don't tend to learn the names of
the muscle groups or muscles. Probably because I never WO with anyone

Ok, you do know, and you're probably close. Charts are notoriously

I never really had a job I liked enough to want to miss reruns of

made working financial suicide, so when they said "you'll never work
again" and expected me to cry, I didn't. Work is a four letter word. I
did enjoy my own business, but it was a daily struggle to keep the

On the plus side, I can sing the Green Acres theme song perfectly.
