Last week I got the fast track dvd and food plan. I have not gone to a = meeting yet as I am waiting
until I move to dayshift to see which = meeting would be better for me. The person at my center who
gave me the = dvd was a tad unorganized (I came in just as she opened the center). I = did not ask
her that many questions about it. Well anyway my point range = is already at 20 and if I don't
include my activity points (about 4 per = day) then that leaves me with 16 points eaten. If I use
the fast track = program as I understand it (no flex or activity points) will this be bad = for me
(since you should not eat below your min. points)? Thanks. Kristine Quilici ------

  3. I think the Fast track is meant for folks heavier than you as a way of getting a boost on their
weightloss or for breaking a plateau. Newbies see how much they can lose in 2 weeks and get
motivated to stay with the program. Sounds like market hype to me.

For you, since you already get 20 points this might not help you much. It will give you some ideas
of balanced 20 point menus for you to follow.

BTW, your activity points are in addition to your normal 20 points. So on the days you exercise you
get 24 points not 16 as you posted. I think I read elsewhere that you still get your activity & flex
points under this fast track program too but I might be wrong about this.

  6. Fast track does not have any APs. Straight 20 pts per day.

  10. If you scan down there is one for Higher Carbs and one for Higher Protein. As long as you stick to
on plan or the other you can alternate days if you like with a day of one and then a day of another.
It looks the same as the fast track menus.

  11. ggggrrrr, PDF's and screen readers are NOT a good thing, but the good news
is that the stupid thing offered me a screenreader support so will have to

  12. They are the same thing. I compared the pdf with the Fast track documents that were scanned and I
uploaded to my worldnet website. Seems they have 2 versions: High protein and High carb. They have 2
versions of the high protein where 6 points can be used at any meal instead of being told which meal
to eat them out. A little bit more flexible.
