No. That would be against (I think) the third law of thermodynamics. Entropy can only increase.

Entropy only increases on a universal scale. Local decreases in entropy are quite possible - it happens on the rare occasions I tidy my desk - but at the expense of entropy increasing more elsewhere. Which is why I avoid tidying my desk as my contribution to saving the universe ;-)
