I used occasionally to see a Roller with RAD 102, spaced to read RADIO
2, on the A4 at Brentford. I've no idea whose it was.
I have heard, though it may be just one of those stories, that the
most valuable plate of all was MB 1. Mercedes Benz were anxious to
acquire it and offered silly money. The owner, however, was Max
Bygraves who could afford to turn them down.
Jimmy White's CUE 130 Y (CUE BOY) is also rather nice.
