mjhess said:Alright, word on the street in my locale of late is that
Bath and Body works is having a 75% off sale on Massages
Oils and creams.. I dont really "need" or "knead" any now
(lol) BUT.. wanted to poll the group and see who prefers
what for oils/creams/lotions.. AND to get some
suggestions on the best carrier oil... (re: price, glide,
skin health, etc.)
Thanks!
I'm off to do some gardening.

Can I speak, as a client? Permission assumed! I've
experienced what I believe are 3 different types of
lubricant. Greasy lotion. Non-Greasy lotion. Oil.
Least favorite after the massage: oil. I don't like to leave
all slicked up and perfumy.
Middle ground: greasy lotion. Still leave feeling greased
up, but not as slicked up as oil.
Favorite: Non-greasy lotion.
Do you think my MT's want to know that I would prefer a non-
greasy lotion? What about my MT who uses oil? Do you think
she would be bothered if I mentioned that oil is my least
favorite lubricant?
As a guy I don't like perfumy lotions or oils; I don't need
my wife getting suspicious! 😉
As a moderately hairy guy, I don't know if the lotion vs oil
is significant.
I've become addicted to massage ever since you folks
convinced me to get over the body image quandry. If only I
had more money!
