I'm cutting for summer and doing a lot of cardio. I know cardio
messes with your testosterone, but damn my nuts ache after a 4-miler
at lunch today... Related? Or in my head?

enough. -

start. And your stride probably sucks too, hence all the bouncing. Do you slam your
foot down when you run? Does your body move side to side instead of just
straight ahead? Keep your shoulders square and that will help. And good
posture. Improve your stride and it'll help your nuts.B

You are all wrong. If he stops whacking off 68 times a day, they'll
stop hurting, and the bursitis in his right shoulder (from holding the
tweezers) will go away too. -

Nice one(s)...
Seriously, I don't wear a jock strap and it's not a chafing issue. I
wear running shorts with the mesh for your junk, like swimming trunks.
I don't think it's a "bouncing around" issue. There's no pain during
or immediately after. It really feels like a hormonal thing, but i
could definitely be wrong. I'll try wearing some underwear to hold
them in place, but i was under the impression it would be better to
let them get away from your body and stay cool, especially when
everything else is heating up from exercise... -

spammage trappage: replace fishies_ with yahooI'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

A man goes to the doctor and says "Doc, you gotta help me!"
The doctor asks, "What's your problem?"
The guy says every morning I wake up with my "morning flagpole"...
I give the missus a quick one, and then go to work.
On the way to work, I carpool with the next door neighbor's wife who
gives me a blow job during the ride to work.
Once I get there, I do some work and then at morning tea time, I go
into the photocopy room and crank one out with one of the young office
girls. At lunch, I take my secretary out to a hotel and give her a
good boinking. For afternoon tea, I give the boss's wife a good
servicing. Then, I go home and slip the maid a few inches. Then at
night, I give the missus another screw...... "So...????" asked the
doctor. "What's your problem???" The guy says "Well, my nuts hurt when
I masturbate." -

Plum Smugglers!! NO!!!!!

Compression shorts might be ok, but I find a much better solution to be
the narrow band jogging supporters made by Bike and other manufacturers.
These are less constraining and the lightweight mesh pouch seems to have
much better cooling effect than compression shorts. -
