This is really weird....whenever I look at a thread, there are like lots of copies of the same reply. Like on the "What did Santa bring you" thread, PopeSam posted like 5 or 6 times the same thing!!! Is this my computer, or is it some problem with the board???

There was a problem with the forum database lastnight. Attempting to post did not seem to work so people tried again. Now it turns out all of the attempts have posted. Some people tried more than once. That's why there are multiple duplicate replies.

funny... i tried like 6 times in the "mounting my 'raffie" thread, but it seems to have only gone through twice i think

By now the multiple posts on the forum have probably been deleted by Gilby? I see my reply only displayed once. But those multiple posts (maybe not all of them though) were also relayed to the newsgroup and no-one has the power to delete them completely from there. It's funny in a way to look at the edits people made to their posts in between posting attempts.
Edit: OK I found them back in the "Trash Receptacle" forum.
