If Martin is Not Well, then I might stand a chance of keeping up,
provided I fix the assorted bleanery generated by Sunday's South Buck
Winter Warmer. Including, though not limited to:

o Front light attempting to fly south for the winter
o Sudden and unexpected cleat fixing bolt shortage
o Visit from P+nct+r+ Fairy while descending steep and narrow lane in
the dark, 8 km from the finish

Otherwise I shall have to use the fixer or the mountain bike, while
would fall very definitely into the category of Not Fun.

Anyway, I have the route sheet but no corrections. Anyone determining
what the difference is is invited to let the froup know...

You guys were quick getting your excuses in! Now I have two choices,
either to Play the Third Yorkshireman or to admit that I have no
excuses, and Sue and I really do ride that slowly.

In fact Sue does have an excuse as she has been in Leftpondia for over a
week and doesn't return to these fair shores until Thursday morning.

I shall just declare myself officially slow, and have done with it. We
should complete the ride by sunset, P+nct+r+ Fairy permitting.

BTW Mr L, if you send me your e-mail address I shall be happy to send
you a PDF of the revised route sheet this evening.

In October I arrived back from nearly three weeks in Leftpondia on a
Friday afternoon and did a 200 the following day[1], so I'm afraid

Thanks. I worked through the first half of the route on the pooter
yesterday evening, ready to download to my GPS, but broke off after that
to work through my video backlog and drink some beer.

Quite a result that Pounde Shoppe expedition, I also got a saucy
blindfold and kinky dart board for Secret Santa for work colleague (F)
who I do not know very well at a fraction of Ann Summers price. It's
amazing when out and about looking for such things what utter [censored] they
fill the shops with at this time; no wonder retail sales are down.
