back mudflap that fulfils this brief that would attach to an SKS narrow

The standard solution is either some washingup bottle, cut to shape
or some tough guttering material (I'm not sure exactly what it is, sort
of tar-backed plastic) attached via a pop-riveter.

Not transferable, but I don't think any devent solution would be.
