    It's something I've had all my life and you DO NOT want blood pressure
    that low. About the only time I can be sure of not fainting is when I'm
    exercising.

    As for fitness......well, erm. "You need to stick to the exercise
    regime" was wot he said. At least I'm not likely to suffer a stroke.
    There's lots of bad stuff but the idea of no strokes is good...:-)
