I'm down 22 lbs since starting LC on May 6th, which I'm totally happy
with. I'd like to lose another 20 or so. I (and my friends and
family) can visibly see the changes : my face and neck are slimmer,
arms, legs, butt (lol, my underwear is hanging off of me, I need to
buy new underwear!) and the one-size smaller pants and skirts I've
been wearing are now loose. However, something I'm rather distressed
about, my bustline is just *not* budging*. :-(

Um, some people would NOT consider that a problem! ;-) Imagine if it were
    the other way around!

My brother got married 2 weeks ago and I went shopping for an outfit.
I tried on several dresses and suits , and while the bottom fit, the
top wouldn't even close over my chest. If I wanted to buy a dress, it
would have been one in my old (biggest!) size, and it would have been
a tent on me. I ended up buying a skirt and sweater in two different
    sizes.

Is there any hope for my bustline catching up with the rest of
    (shrinking) me???
I'm starting to look quite top-heavy!

Don't be too surprised if you get a lot more attention from men!

hehehe..I've been happily married for 17 years! I wouldn't even notice if
men were looking at me! I've always been large-busted. I guess that's kind
of good , being overweight for the past 15 years, because fat women with
small [censored] look kind of funny (IMO!).

I've heard, and I don't know how accurate this is, that when you lose
weight it first comes off wherever it last went on. When you first started
gaining, did it happen in your bust first? If so, maybe your bust will
catch up. I've been losing pretty evenly, because I always gained evenly.

That would make sense, because I gained last in my abdomen, and that's the
fastest-shrinking part now. My bust increased only a little with my weight
gain, but the rest of me got a LOT fatter. Ugh!

  7. Try doing some push ups or some cardio 3 or 4 times a week. Both will help.
I've went down a cup sizes since I started Low Carbing. Not until I started
    exercising, though.

well, it's coming off somewhere anyway! ;-)

  12. You may not lose as much weight off your bustline as off the rest of
your body. Everyone's breasts contain a different percentage of fat.
Many people store a lot of fat in the bosom; some of us seem not to
store any fat there at all. My breasts have been pretty much the
same size since I was 16, even though my weight has varied since then
from 120 pounds to 240 pounds (at 5'9"😉.

And, no, it's not exactly fun to be an anorexic 16-year-old with 36FF
breasts. Even though that seems to be what various magazines seem to
    think is ideal!

No, I can't imagine that's much fun. I wish the people that idolize large
breasts on small skinny bodies (or any size bodies, really) would have to
live with them for a while.

Careful what you ask for. There may be a lot of guys listening who
would LOVE to make that wish come true. <grin/duck>

The only time I've ever gained in the bustline was during my
pregnancies. Afterwards, that was the first to shrivel back up (with,
I might add, NO effort on my part). It took dieting and exercise to
get the rest of the weight off.

In April, I was the heaviest I've ever been, including pregnancies, at
    186. I was larger in girth than before, but not in cup size. My [censored]
just won't grow. What do you ladies use for fertilizer? (Maybe I just
didn't eat the right things while I was getting fat?)

I am the other way around and that's what I'm distressed about. I've
been exercising 5 times a week (Alternating Firm videos and walking)
and I've lost 2.25" in my chest, but only 1.5" in waist and 1" in hips
(over the last 6 months). I didn't care about about losing in my chest
nearly as much as waist, hips and thighs. I'm definitely a "Pear" shape
*sigh*. I think my muscles are stronger and firmer under there, but
who could ever tell with a kangaroo pouch in the front and more fat
bulges on rear and thighs. I do have about 20 lbs. more to go. I can
only hope it comes from those troubled spots. If Cortislim did work,
    I'd be a perfect candidate...but I don't think there really is a "fat
hormone" that makes you gain weight only in your middle due to stress.

Interesting. Most women complain that the bustline is
the first and fastest weight loss site. I guess it all
depends on the type of breast tissue you're carrying.
