If you have MS you *need* what Atkins actually is, the whole entire
real no excuses Atkins. In specific both the carb-counting principles
for weight loss and the food-isolation prinicples for craving
avoidance.
Also consider the more stringent food-avoidance rules of
paleolithic plans. For many people MS symptoms are made worse
by anything from aspartame through specific grains. For a few MS
might even be caused by them. Follow the whole entire real no
excuses Atkins and you are very likely to stay in remission. More
work than just randomly eating less carbs, but I suggest it will be
well worth your effort.

can't deal with any more weight.
For many people Atkins has far more health benefits than just
weight loss.

UseNet groups have rules. Whether you learn them or not the rules
exist. Whether you ignore them or not the rules exist. You have come
to useNet again and again. Again and again people have explained the
rules to you. Again and again you have declined to learn what the
rules are. Very simple. The reason you feel attacked is people
expect of you that you bother to learn the rules. Stuff like quoting
when you post. Stuff like doing your homework.
So ask yourself: Are you interested in help from experts who have been
through what you are going through, from people who have spent years
studying the topic? Or would you rather play dumb? Each and every
time you've come to ASDLC in the past you've decided to play dumb.
Doesn't even matter that you don't realize that's what you're doing.
learn to quote. Read the books. Do that and you'll be treated with
respect. The point is that respect goes both ways. Quoting may seem
unimportant to you, and it may be a pain because you have a crappy
WebTV, but it is the simplist form of giving respect when you post to
quote what you're responding to.
